THIS IS A SPECIAL UPDATE 9.13.22

This is to notify you that ECHRS is experiencing a COVID 19  outbreak. Fortunately, all those effected are mild symptoms, are being monitored carefully and treated quickly. The source of exposure is unknown given the number of visitors logged in the outbreak areas. We are asking all visitors to please be mindful if you have any similar symptoms such as cough, runny nose, fever, body aches, chills, nausea, vomiting, please do not visit.

While visitation remains open, if you do visit it is imperative you keep your mask on correctly while visiting and your face shield on. If the person you are visiting has more strict PPE requirements, you are required to wear that as well to visit.

It is all of our responsibility to keep this community safe.

Please remember to use hand sanitizer before and after going in to the patients room.

Please do not walk around the building and remain in the residents room during your visit.

If you are taking your loved one out in the community, please mask and follow hand hygiene due to the HIGH community transmission rate.

Eaton County community transmission rate continues to remain HIGH. With this level, the facility is required to follow CDC guidelines regarding PPE for Transmission Rates. Currently the requirement minimum is masks and eye protection(faceshields). We encourage all visitors to help us protect our residents, patients, and staff by ensuring that you do not have any symptoms and or were not exposed to anyone that tested positive for COVID before visiting. Thank you! 09/2022
