PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT FOR RESIDENT PROTECTION DURING ILLNESS SEASON

VISITATION INFORMATION

We are continuing to ask all visitors to please be mindful if you have any similar symptoms such as cough, runny nose, fever, body aches, chills, nausea, vomiting, please do not visit.

While visitation remains open, if you do visit it is imperative you keep your mask on correctly while visiting. If the person you are visiting has more strict PPE requirements, you are required to wear that as well to visit.

It is all of our responsibility to keep this community safe.

Please remember to use hand sanitizer before and after going in to the patients room.

Please do not walk around the building and remain in the residents room during your visit.

If you are taking your loved one out in the community, please mask and follow hand hygiene due to the HIGH community transmission rate.

Eaton County community transmission rate continues to remain HIGH. With this level, the facility is required to follow CDC guidelines regarding PPE for Transmission Rates. Currently the recommended requirements are masks and hand sanitizer.

IF YOU ARE VISITING A RESIDENT IN ISOLATION, ADDITIONAL PPE MAY BE REQUIRED AND WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE UNIT OR AT THE ROOM SPECIFICALLY.

Again, we encourage all visitors to help us protect our residents, patients, and staff by ensuring that you do not have any symptoms and or were not exposed to anyone that tested positive for COVID before visiting. Thank you!
